Core Network Infrastructure Build

TransWorks has a team of qualified and experienced telecommunication technicians and electricians. We build new network infrastructure, install telco equipment and associated power supplies/connections and commission the equipment ready for use.

Transmission Network Design and Installations

TransWorks have a design team that has in-depth knowledge of the major telco networks in New Zealand. We work extensively with Spark, Chorus and Vodafone and know their processes.  Our experience means that we are experts in both the legacy and the latest telco equipment. 

High Level Fibre and System Testing

TransWorks has the instrumentation to complete high level fibre and network testing.  We have the expertise to test Fibre channels and Ethernet/IP networks on fibre, copper and mobile.  We provide nationwide end-to-end testing for New Zealand telecommunication companies and Internet Service Providers.

Consultancy

TransWorks provides advice on all telco network and information technology needs. Companies have contracted us to advise them on the reliability of their current network, a risk assessment and mitigation plans, ways in which current equipment can be rearranged to improve performance, audits of networks, the type of network equipment that would best suit their needs, both now and in the future, and costings for network solutions

Complete Data Centre Build

TransWorks has a proven track record of complete data centre builds. Our builders and technicians build infrastructure including seismic bracing, supply and install cabinets, install cabling infrastructure for power and data, build electrical supplies for equipment, lighting and air-conditioning and install & commission dataroom equipment – servers, routers etc.
